Below you can explore the weekly schedule for a stay at the Lazy L&B ranch. You are always welcome at the corrals to help groom and saddle your horse in the morning.
Guests arrive at the ranch between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. so you can ride that afternoon. Children meet the wranglers for dinner. After dinner the children help our wranglers “push” the horses back into the corrals from being out in pasture. At the corrals the children are taught basic riding skills and our safety program is discussed. Adults enjoy a happy hour on the porch and a nice sit down dinner. Afterward adults head to the corrals to review our riding and safety program.
A hearty ranch breakfast for all and then to the corrals for a morning ride. You’ll be back in time for a picnic lunch. There’s an optional afternoon ride. Children will enjoy an evening hay ride dinner while the adults enjoy happy hour and a nice sit down dinner and some evening entertainment.

An early supper for all gives you a chance to venture into Dubois to shop a bit before the weekly square dance (seasonal dates).
A hearty ranch breakfast for all and a sandwich buffet so you can pack yourself a lunch. There is the option to take an all day ride or a shorter afternoon ride out to an early BBQ dinner on the trail. The stunning sunset ride back to the ranch is a wonderful way to end the day.
A hearty ranch breakfast for all. Horses are trailered and guests are driven up to the forest boundary for a day ride and “wrangler lunch” in the high country. Arriving back at the ranch with time to relax, swim and fish before a nice sit down dinner for all.
